Senior level position that leads and provides system & operational support to Revenue Cycle Operations. Candidate must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and in close interaction with the EPIC Build teams, Medical Center IT teams and Revenue Cycle Operations teams. Candidate will be primarily responsible for analyzing user, system and application needs while obtaining assistance as needed, and implementing the optimal solution to meet department operational needs. Successful candidate must be able to clearly convey technical information, in both written and oral formats, to a non-technical audience.
Demonstrates courteous, timely & professional communication to both internal and external clients, including leadership. Incumbents of this position will be required to make timely, effective decisions using independent judgement and discretion that will have a business unit and potentially organization-wide impact (within the appropriate guidelines as defined by leadership). Areas of focus include, but not limited to: Issue Resolution, Process Improvement, Project Management, Reporting, Quality Auditing, System Design/Configuration, Testing, Change Management and Technical Documentation.
