As the Financial Manager for the Dean's Office at the UVA School of Medicine, you will drive financial strategy and ensure the fiscal health of one of the nation's leading medical institutions. This position requires a blend of strategic insight, meticulous financial oversight, and a deep commitment to supporting the School's mission of excellence in medical education, research, and patient care. By partnering with senior leadership, faculty, and administrative teams, you will lead budget development, financial reporting, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and advance key initiatives. This position leads financial oversight, reporting, and budgeting processes for all Dean's Office areas, which collectively have an annual budgeted spend of over $100 million.This position has two direct reports. This position will remain open until filled.This is an Exempt level, benefited position. Compensation range of between $75K - $92K per year commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This position will not sponsor applicants for work visas.
