Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for our client in the Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Industry. This is a Remote / Contract opportunity. W2 Status: Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. No 3^rd Parties, No Sponsorship available for this position Rate $50.00 - $60.00ph W2 Summary The Business Analyst shall document business requirements Business Analyst shall facilitate a focused and detailed business requirements analysis for client's PBM platform transition to ensure that current state and future state needs are accurately defined and documented. Business Analyst shall employ a process to successfully analyze, define, and document the requirements for the client's PBM platform transition. The Consultant's process will ensure a clear understand of the business needs, break these needs down into detailed, specific requirements to be reviewed and approved by the client. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process summary Identify project Stakeholders. Capture project stakeholder requirements through effectively organizing and facilitating requirements gathering sessions. Thoroughly, systematically, and accurately captures and document business, functional, operational, and technical requirements. Creates complete and accurate process flows capturing current and future state, including validation with Subject Matters Experts ("SMEs") on current state process Direct client assigned project manager to set up meetings, set agenda, capture parking lot issues and follow up on action items. Document use cases and test scenarios based on documented requirements. Conduct walk-throughs of requirements with all project Stakeholder. Develop process recommendation documents, including presentations, process maps, supporting metrics, business requirements and related impact analysis. Lead the development of recommendations through review of potential solutions alternatives. Create formal requirements documentation. Obtain approval and sign off on requirements by BSC in coordination with project manager. Note: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
