Accounts Payable Clerk

RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team three days a week. This is part-time position is a hybrid role offering a flexible work environment and the opportunity to work from home. The role does require a minimum of one day in the office per week at our newly renovated St. Louis Park office. This position is a part-time, working Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

(80%) Accounts Payable Support

• Answer Accounts Payable group e-mails and phone calls received internally and externally
• Open and distribute the department mail

• Contact vendors to pay invoices via purchasing-card
• Contact new vendors for W-9's and business agreements, if applicable
• Assist with monthly purchasing-card statement audits

• Review all vendor statements, ensuring all accounts are up to date
• Assist with monthly purchasing-card reconciliations

(10%) Tax Payment Support

• Process unclaimed property as requested by the tax department
• Process tax department incurred professional service invoices

(10%) Perform other tasks as assigned

Required:

• High School diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:

• Accounts Payable experience
