Job Title: Material Handler Location with zip code: Madison AL 35756 Duration: 9+Months Pay Rate. $18/hr. on W2 without Benefits. Shift Timing: 12 Hour Days - 8AM-8PM - Friday - Sunday Job Description: Loads, unloads, and conveys materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site, and performs a combination of tasks under specific directions which may include shipping and/or receiving. Opens containers using hand tools; counts and weighs materials and records information. Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, conveyors, and machines by hand; loads or unloads materials into or from trucks by hand. Conveys materials using a wheelbarrow, hand truck, forklift, electric dolly, elevator, or other devices; stacks or assembles materials; aids machine operators by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of a power hoist. Two or more years' experience preferred, but not required. Must have Forklift experience, be able to count, and lift 50+ pounds.
