Job Description * Provides leadership in the department, helping to build and maintain strong core capability in robust design and development ensuring effective and efficient results from team. *Works collaboratively with PMO to develop estimates and build and oversee execution programs as required. *Supports all phases of the development process working with engineers to develop technical solutions and architectures, working with systems engineers to develop requirements, leading a multi-discipline development team to model, design, and test new products. *providing technical leadership to help resolve production issues, post-delivery failures, as well as obsolescence and supply chain issues. *Leverages broad based technical background with the ability to lead multi-disciplined technical teams. *May be responsible for TDP cost and schedule management, and oversee supplier engagement for the lifecycle of both development and sustainment programs. *Develops the estimates and prepares plans Oversees the engineering work from kickoff to closeout of task. Education/Experience: *(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree) Certification(s): None Clearance: Secret Benefits include the following:
