Earn $25.00-$28.00/hour Schedule: First shift with rotating weekends Position Details Under the direction of the program director, the medical coordinator is a licensed practical nurse (LPN) who helps oversee a small 8-bed personal care home (PCH), assisting residents diagnosed with mental illness. Residents are mostly independent with activities of daily living (ADLs) and need prompting or light assistance.
