The Opportunity

The Operational Excellence Enablement team is looking for sales enablement professional who can build global sales enablement programs to upskill our Enterprise Digital Media salesforce in sales process, tools & skills. Being based out of Utah is helpful, but this job can be done remotely.

What You'll Do

As the Operational Excellence Global Enablement Manager for Digital Media (DMe), you will be responsible for crafting & updating enablement learner journeys based on Sales & SOE data, identifying gaps within our current OpEx programs & assets for roles across DMe, developing global learning programs, facilitating & leading discovery for training assets &/or programs that include justification for the investment & content requirements, driving a formal intake process to analyze, evaluate & prioritize proposed content development projects, and supporting our global Sales & SOE organizations to ensure they have the relevant channels and platforms to positively impact the business.

  • Partner with WWFO (Sales, SOE, etc.) at the management/executive level to understand DMe priorities, critical issues, skills gaps, opportunities & objectives for success
  • Conceptualize, build & implement DMe programs, assets, etc. that deliver OpEx knowledge that ensures our field is equipped to win deals & hit their numbers
  • Partner with FRE (GEM's, RBL's, etc.) to deliver OpEx DMe content through relevant channels
  • Develop working relationships with OpEx SMEs across segments & regions to build the needed content that foster our live & on-demand programs
  • Socialize DMe programs and the results to executives & sales leaders globally to ensure alignment & support
  • Work with internal resources & outside vendors to ensure quality of program content is of OpEx high standards
  • Monitor learner feedback, consumption & impact of courses and programs
  • Handle the inventory of existing DMe enablement assets for tools & processes

What you need to succeed

Education & number of years of experience in specific skill/fields(s):

  • MBA or 5 years in tech or sales enablement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $92,700 -- $161,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
