Our Company The Manager, Ultimate Success Specialists, Americas, will lead a team of Ultimate Success Specialists who are each focused on showcasing the value of the Ultimate Success offering to existing customers and prospects. This management role will be focused both on leading a team of quota-carrying individual sales contributors (50% of responsibilities) as well as partnering with Adobe customers/prospects, license peers, Ultimate Success delivery, and our pricing team to build compelling presentations and value summaries to educate on customer specific benefits of Ultimate Success (50% of responsibilities). Quota will be aligned at the regional (leadership) level. What you'll DoLeadership responsibilities include regional quota accountability, weekly pipeline reviews with Adobe Ultimate Success leadership and Adobe license sales leadership, staffing guidance, serve as a point of contact for delivery/pricing/organizational concerns, mentoring of Ultimate Success sales specialists, hiring, and other leadership responsibilities as warranted. Sales focused responsibilities include regular meetings with C-level, management-level, and user-level customer/prospect contacts to educate around the Ultimate Success offering and associated benefits. Partnering with Adobe license sellers, Adobe Professional Services, and Adobe partners to showcase how all parties align to drive customer success and value. Meet with customers virtually and in person (anticipated 30% travel) to showcase the benefits of Ultimate Success. What you need to succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
