This position is on-site, and we are looking for people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and summarize findings with recommendations to management. Work with the Warehouse, Customer Service and HR teams on root cause investigations and analysis. Develop and manage reporting and data visualization tools to assist leadership with managing KPIs for informed decision-making. Manage projects and provide status updates. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of relevant experience. Strong Excel and SQL skills. Power BI experience a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. Spend 5 hours per week performing warehouse, customer service and HR duties.
