Associate Counsel Status: Exempt (Salaried) Department: Legal Position Summary The Associate Counsel will support Plug's commercial expansion and mission to grow the green hydrogen economy. This role will work with Plug's Legal Team on all aspects of advising Plug's commercial teams on legal and regulatory matters arising from Plug's business and the international expansion of its products and services. This individual will interact daily and collaborate with members of Plug's Finance, Engineering, Sales, HR, Business Development, Manufacturing, and Operations teams. This individual must be self-motivated, able to handle multiple competing priorities at once, and willing to adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This is a full-time position located in the Company's headquarters in New York. Core Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience
Pay Rate: $83,900.00 - $125,800.00We offer a fantastic total rewards package at Plug, and a brief summary is below: Base salary is determined on a number of factors including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
