Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing ultrasound imaging of patient's heart for assisting physicians with the diagnosis of patient.
- Performs Transthoracic Echocardiograms that accesses heart functions, wall motion abnormalities and abnormal valve velocities. Assists and performs trans esophageal echocardiograms.
- Performs Stress Echo and Dobutamine Stress Echo tests.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- Completion of an Accredited Ultrasound Program and/or ARDMS or CCI
- ARRT, ARDMS or equivalent registered or eligible
- Full State of New Mexico licensure required within one year of hire
- Must maintain licensure and national certification/registry
- BLS
Preferred Job Requirements
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
- One (1) year of experience in the healthcare/hospital environment
