Primary Responsibilities In the role of Geotechnical EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Conduct analyses to develop design options or recommendations, and assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures Conduct slope stability, soil analysis and other geotechnical engineering studies Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects Give direction to clerical and technical personnel as needed Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications BS Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering EIT preferred, candidate hired without their EIT will be given the title of "Coordinator" and encouraged to obtain their EIT for career progression. Must have a familiarity with geotechnical engineering software (Geostudio, gINT, etc.) Must be willing to travel throughout the United States on an as-needed basis. Master's degree preferred Preference given to local candidates #LI-LA1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering Experience with MS Office and software applications An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company.
