This is a position with grade 17 This position reports to Production Supervisor Your role and responsibilities Conducts all types of assembly work to produce semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including the packing where integrated with production lines. Performs work manually or by using light hand tools. Performs regular quality testing as a part of a defined production process. Operations within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area. Lift up to 40 Pounds. Stand for long periods. Bend, twist & turn in a safe manner. Understands and follows plant safety and procedures. Avoids or prevents hazardous conditions from developing. Wears appropriate protective equipment as required Keeps work area clean and orderly and maintains Lean 5S. Shift: 7:15am - 3:45pm Days: Monday - Friday Qualifications for the role High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required Previous experience in physically demanding work in factory environment preferred. Able to work with minimal supervision. Standing throughout the shift Able to demonstrate a high level of ownership to assigned tasks.
