We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Coordinator - Lead to manage and optimize our medical device raw materials inventory across multiple product lines and business segments. In this critical role, you will ensure accurate inventory levels, streamline processes, and support production efficiency. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of procurement and warehouse professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. - Leads, coaches and provides effective feedback. Contributes to associate evaluations.
- Provides training to both cleanroom and warehouse material handlers on SOP's, department procedures, and forklift certifications.
- Coordinates work assignments within the warehouse and cleanroom that includes training, technical support and/or process/trouble shooting support.
- Maintains personal accountability for process quality and product quantity.
- Assists employees in resolving conflicts.
- Makes recommendations and implements programs to improve inventory management processes.
- Investigates inventory discrepancies and forwards resolution decisions to appropriate associates.
- Ensures that inventory reconciliations are investigated and remedied within company guidelines.
- Performs inventory control and operational functions utilizing warehouse operating system.
- Performs the cycle count program ensuring all documentation and records are maintained so that company guidelines are met.
- Perform investigations into potential Bill of Materials problems and report findings.
- Ensures that all non-conforming product is maintained within company guidelines and legal regulations.
- Performs analysis and trend reporting to identify successful storage strategies and pick efficiencies.
- Assists in training and certifying material handlers on procedures and equipment.
- Daily coordination with Material Handlers/Planning/Procurement Department.
- Gathers information about operations to identify areas of concern, recommend course of action and helps implement and measure performance results.
- Must be flexible with work schedule.
- Must be able to work in an environment where exposure to wet and or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock, risk of radiation, and vibration may exist.
- In the absence of the team lead or supervisor, may assume responsibility for organizing, leading, and completing daily shift operational tasks.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education
- High school diploma or GED.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Knowledge of technologies and methods of manufacturing area, typically acquired through a minimum of 2 years of work experience in warehousing/material handling.
- Solid background in warehousing procedures including material handling equipment and receiving, shipping, inventory control systems preferred.
Skills
- Expanded knowledge of the department's processes and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and perform at high levels of productivity.
- Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and montor others.
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines and practices.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety practices.
- Safely handle chemicals in coordination with company policy and OSHA requirements.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Must have completed and validated procedural training for all facets of the warehouse operations.
- Requires Terumo BCT licensing to operate PITs (Powered Industrial Trucks).
- Requires a valid driver's standard driver's license to operate the company box truck.

- Manufacturing Environment requirements include: use of personal protective equipment, reading, speaking, hearing, walking, bending, standing, stretching/reaching, and hand/finger dexterity.
- Must be able to work in a clean room environment, adhere to associated policies, and perform gowning of clean room attire in the allotted time prior to start up.
- Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transport up to 500 pounds via carts or mechanized equipment.
- Requires good manual dexterity and visual acuity including ability to distinguish colors.
- Requires the ability to sit or stand through the duration of a shift.

Target Pay Range:$23.00to$29.00- Hourly pay rateto be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data
