What you'll Do
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls and identify potential leads with precision and excellence.
  • Successfully implement lead generation strategies to compete in a fast-paced market.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement ambitious lead development plans.
  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and strictly adhere to data privacy regulations.
  • Apply proven sales techniques to nurture and qualify leads, transforming them into valuable prospects.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics to ensure world-class results and identify areas for improvement.
What you need to succeed
  • Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that encourage confidence and trust.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a telemarketing or lead development role.
  • Strong analytical skills to determine the best strategies for lead generation and qualification.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $69,500 -- $106,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
