About the Position and Job Qualifications

As a Loan Servicing Specialist III, you will support Loan Officers and Loan Assistants in all aspects of loan servicing. Key responsibilities include uploading loans, maintaining Special Asset files, processing payoff requests, and filing documents. This role requires excellent teamwork, with professional and courteous communication with both co-workers and customers.

This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday with a schedule of 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Hours vary depending on business needs.

What you'll need to be our Loan Servicing Specialist III:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four-plus years of Credit Administration experience or equivalent educational experience
  • Proficient in all Microsoft applications (ex: Word, Outlook, Excel, etc..)
  • Excellent math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and counting)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

What you'll do as a Loan Servicing Specialist III:



  • Reconcile floor plans and verify bought and sold participations
  • Track and balance various General Ledger loan accounts
  • Prepare reports and verify file maintenance
  • Review extension and deferral agreements for accuracy before processing
