We're looking for a full-time, staff Project Controls Manager to join our Day & Zimmermann team on site located in Cumberland City, TN

As the Project Controls Manager, here's the work you'll do:



  • Provide support and guidance for site Project Controls personnel & assist with troubleshooting field project controls issues. Also, coordinate support of the reporting process
  • Interface with clients and Business Unit VP's to ensure the required deliverables are being met, including monthly/period reports and project reviews.
  • Participate in Project Support Team activities & Periodic audits of processes to ensure Contractual and Day & Zimmermann Procedural compliance.


This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Primavera P6 knowledge including cost and resource loaded schedules is a must
  • Earned Value Management experience is a plus
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and must possess the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Knowledge of general project controls functions and the ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
  • SAP R/3 experience is a plus



And if you have these qualifications:

  • Primavera P6 knowledge including cost and resource loaded schedules
  • Some college or post secondary education preferred
  • Ten plus years experience in related project controls assignments
  • Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education
  • Great attitude and team player.
  • Successful completion of background screening process.

  • Ability to regularly perform all job functions at Company's office or worksite.
  • Ability to withstand environmental conditions (e.g. extreme heat or cold, grass, wind, sand, fumes, odors, gases, extreme noise, etc.)

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $91,000- $206,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
