The order Compliance Processor works directly with Federal Sales and other administrative departments to perform quality control reviews of defined Federal delivery orders and release orders for fulfillment. The Order Compliance Processor also processes small customer purchase orders from the web, maintains or escalates sales order errors in JDE to ensure contract compliance, and researches backlog orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Quality control review of defined Federal delivery orders, working with sales and other departments to ensure contract compliance. Release of such orders in Gov Connection (GovC) processing for fulfillment.

    • Review, per existing GovC Policies and Procedures, the customer Purchase order verifying sales order for ex, a bill to/ship to accounts, Purchase order number, purchase order total, and Contract compliance.
    • Confirm that the system order accurately reflects the quote and delivery order.
    • Release order for fulfillment.
    • Electronically file documents for audit trail.


  • Check the status of backlogged orders.

    • Research orders in the system that have not been invoiced.


  • Correct limited items on sales orders that do not conflict with Compliance.
  • Add multi-order invoice complete SKUs.
  • Add credit lines for Ewaste and contract fees.
  • Process Small Customer Purchase Orders from the Web.

    • Create AB number if one is not in the system
    • Create Quote
    • Process Order

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to utilize email, create a document, or manipulate data in an Excel Spreadsheet.
  • Detail-oriented with item-by-item focus, meticulous attention to detail with the ability to proofread for accuracy.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to compose professional business communications via email, letters, and proposals.
