Job Description: The Senior Counsel provides leadership on a Legal Services team, may supervise legal caregivers, and is accountable for a portfolio of legal work within that team.The Senior Counsel provides leadership on a Legal Services team, may supervise legal caregivers, and is accountable for a portfolio of legal work within that team. We prefer a candidate who lives in the Denver Metro area; however, we will consider a fully remote candidate who is willing to travel frequently to Colorado. With this position, you are eligible to participate in an annual pay-for-performance opportunity ("AP4P"). This plan enables Intermountain Health to provide leaders with an additional performance compensation opportunity. The AP4P opportunities are calculated as a percentage of your base salary.
