What you will do
As a Conference Services Specialist, you will work as a part of the Conference Services team producing and executing events. Duties to include but not limited to create, organize, and print resources for onsite events, register attendees prior to and onsite at events, work with hotels to help manage the hotel room blocks, ship all materials and equipment to and from event locations, and maintain equipment and conference supply inventory. You will also travel, attend, and work events as needed, providing the highest quality member experience.
What you need
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Cvent and Salesforce knowledge a plus but not required
  • Highly detail oriented
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal
Nice to Have
  • 2+ years' experience in an integral administrative and/or conference event planning business-driven role
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $81,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. If you are hired at NRC Health, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Again, hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package. NRC Health is not currently hiring in DE, HI, LA, MD, NJ, RI, D.C. While this position may allow for a work from home environment, preferred candidates live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas.
