Operations Manager

Tents and Events Rentall in Fargo ND is seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our rental business, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rental operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all operations of the rental business, including equipment rentals, inventory management, customer service, and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and maximize profitability.
Lead and motivate a team of rental associates to achieve daily operational goals and provide outstanding customer service.
Ensure all rental equipment is properly maintained and serviced, in compliance with safety regulations.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in rental operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Knowledge of rental industry best practices and regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
