Evolver Federal is seeking an Aqua Security Administrator to join our team supporting our federal customer located in Leesburg, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network security environments, such as Cyber Security Operations Centers (SOC), and a thorough understanding of cybersecurity deliverables. This does require three (3) days onsite.

Responsibilities:



  • Implement Aqua Security measures in containerized environments and Kubernetes systems.
  • Configure Assurance Runtime and Cleanup Policies in Aqua.
  • Export supportability logs in Aqua.
  • Mentor/train new Aqua users in Azure AD and Okta environments.
  • Create and manage user roles in Aqua on-premises and SaaS environments.
  • Provide customer service to Aqua users, including GUI usage, image registration, security vulnerability reporting, and CI/CD scan configuration.
  • Execute Aqua Security audits, identifying and mitigating CVE-based vulnerabilities.
  • Develop secure cloud-native solutions following Zero Trust principles in Azure and AWS.
  • Migrate on-premises workloads to Azure and AWS.
  • Write custom Splunk searches for Aqua log analysis.
  • Perform security assessments and risk analyses in cloud environments.
  • Support IaaS and PaaS deployments using various automation tools (AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, ARM templates, Terraform, Ansible, Bicep).


Basic Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Aqua Security tools.
  • BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS development and noSQL development.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment tooling (AWS and Azure).
  • Clearance: Secret or above


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Security+ Certification.
  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CAP, CEH, or equivalent certification.
  • Hands-on programming in AWS.
  • Experience with cloud deployment tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
