We are currently seeking a Senior Cx Engineer to join our Generation & Energy Management Team from any of the following CHA office locations: Parsippany, NJ; Boston, MA; or Colonie, NY. This role provides the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days. The Senior Cx Engineer, a key role at CHA, leads the technical execution of projects within his/her discipline and provides expert consultation in one or more areas of the respective field of engineering. At CHA, our Senior Cx Engineer plans, schedules, conducts and coordinates detailed phases of a project independently with other engineering disciplines and project management staff. This key role provides guidance, mentorship, and technical review of work completed by junior level staff. The Senior Cx Engineer provides technical development of proposals and external presentations (i.e., clients, public, regulatory agency, etc.) The Senior Cx Engineer resolves highly complex technical issues, and continuously monitors the progress and performance on a project to ensure efficient production and uncover potential problems. The professional in this role recognizes technical discrepancies in analytical results and makes appropriate corrections following standard procedures and recommends alterations to development and design to improve quality of design. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
SALARY RANGE: $105,000 - $126,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
