Your role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Services organization's Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fleet, records retention, copy and print, and special projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, be highly organized, and possess outstanding leadership abilities.

What you'll be doing
  • Lead the corporate fleet, including the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, and lead corporate fleet allowance programs where they occur.
  • Oversee records retention and management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Run the copy and print services, including the procurement of supplies and equipment, and the optimization of processes and costs.
  • Track and monitor performance these programs to recommend and implement saving strategies.
  • Control assigned program budgets within approved limits, and build awareness to any potential variances in a timely manner.
  • Lead special projects as may be assigned by leadership, towards optimization of business operations.
  • Develop and implement project management standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide regular status updates to senior management and team members.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with leading fleet, records retention, copy and print, and special projects.
  • Knowledgeable of project management principles, methods, and tools. As well, experienced with project management software and tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of project management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles.
  • Knowledgeable of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 to $216,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
