The Executive Director's division is comprised of the following departments: Communications, Critical Infrastructure Security and Risk Management (CISRM), Energy Efficiency, Deputy Executive Director's Office, and Governmental Relations. The Energy Efficiency department is seeking an Energy Efficiency Policy Analyst who has a desire to work in the utility regulatory industry, with a strong initiative, and would like to expand their knowledge, skills and experience performing complex to advanced consultative services and technical assistance work in the operations and planning of the energy efficiency department of the Executive Director's division. Work involves updating, planning, developing, and implementing goals and objectives consistent with Commission policy; establishing priorities and assessing progress in meeting goals; and coordinating and evaluating program activities. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following required minimum qualifications: Management Analyst II Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or energy management. Management Analyst III Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, finance, or energy management and two (2) years' full-time time work with an electric utility provider developing customer program or products. Preferred Qualifications:
