Can you teach others how to use social media and marketing materials to gain the attention of top talent? We're looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist who can talk technology through narratives about our employees and culture, train others to employ social media and other platforms to attract key talent, run marketing campaigns across the globe, put a gold star on our talent acquisition materials and make our talent narrative shine twice as bright as the sun. In this position, you'll report to the Director of Internal Communications and Talent Marketing to support the execution of our talent narrative both externally and internally. You'll act as the liaison to Communications, Brand, Product Marketing, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and other functions within the company to position KLA as a best place to work. Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of marketing strategies, an eye for finding the real story buried in metrics and data, the strive to own and run sophisticated projects, and experience working for a global organization.
