Description *Chevo* Consulting LLC is currently seeking aProject Manager with a TSclearance. This candidate will be a key client point of contact with responsibility for all associated tasks for the contract of oversight.The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of the cybersecurity and infrastructure posture of the Federal Government. This position is located in Washington, DC Metro area in a hybrid office-telework scenario. Duties and Responsibilities: Be responsible for all Contractor work performed under the contract Be available to meet with the project team upon request to present deliverables, discuss progress, exchange information, and resolve emergent technical problems and issues Ensure Contractor employees understand and abide by Department of Homeland Security established rules, regulations and policies concerning safety and security Assist in developing and updating project management policies, process, and workflows Develop best practices to assist in guiding and supporting client through development, production, deployment, operations, support, and disposal of projects/programs Assist in drafting, monitoring, and updating project management plans Assist in developing and delivering project specific communication Assist in monitoring and controlling project specific work Assist in developing performance measurement across the client workstreams Assist in designing and monitoring compliance with quality assurance and internal control procedures Assist in developing a risk management plan Minimum Requirements: * Active Top Secret security clearance (preferred DHS) * 5+ years of project managementand supervisory experience * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * Experience managing projects and leading teams of 10+ FTE's * Experience in learning client business models to provide sound strategic and operational guidance for future improvement actions. * Excellent client- facing and internal communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Desired Skills BA/BS degree Previous experience managing projects within CISA and/or DHS *Chevo* offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, paid leave, observes all eleven federal government holidays, 401K plan with matching, monthly SMART card employer contribution for commuting expenses, tuition assistance and more! *Chevo* , a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), has made Consulting Magazine's 2023 and 2024 "Best Firms to Work For" list and is a 2023 Elev8 GovCon honoree.
