Genesis10 is currently seeking a Professional - Recruiter with our client in their Concord, NH location. This is a 4 month + contract position. Position is 100% remote, preferably candidates located in CST or EST. Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Recruiter to join our team in North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills in English, and preferably experience with Workday. Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical positions, including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and other IT roles. Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records. Workday Utilization: Utilize Workday for managing recruitment processes (preferred but not mandatory). Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in the tech industry and recruitment best practices. Professional Growth: Opportunity to work with a diverse team and gain experience in a global setting. Flexible Work Arrangements: Options for remote work. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of technical recruiting experience. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position. Preferred: Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems. Pay rate range: $34.48 - $41.37 hourly.
