Genesis10 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a contract with our client in Kansas City, MO. Job Description: Actively recruit for leadership roles by identifying and engaging potential candidates across the U.S. and Canada. Attend career fairs and networking events to promote the Leadership Program and attract talent. Present and "sell" the benefits of the leadership training to potential candidates, beyond traditional job postings. Work closely with the team to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Requirements: Previous recruiting experience beyond the "post and pray" method. Strong sales skills and the ability to confidently promote the program to candidates. Comfortable navigating an organizational structure and able to handle high-stress situations with ease. Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S. and Canada. A valid passport or the ability to obtain one is required. Ability to work under a 12-month contract with no guarantee of extension or full-time conversion at this time. Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $50.00-$62.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
