Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist for Probo Medical, LLC reporting to the VP of Demand Generation will cultivate new areas of opportunity within a designated regional territory. This position will work collaboratively with the Sales Specialists and Engineers. This position can be remote. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, hunt, and cultivate new areas of opportunity to exceed daily KPI's * Make introductions and help set up meetings/ calls for the Sales Specialist and Engineers * Develop a system for reminders and follow protocols for newly developed accounts until lead is generated * Provide customers with overview of Probo's services * Create new leads for the commercial team to close * Maintain an organized weekly system of follow up for the commercial team on any open leads and opportunities * Exceed all activity, lead and revenue KPI's Preferred Skills: *Business development * Phone and email customer service etiquette * Sales * Networking. * Logical thinking. * Hunter mentality * Cold calling experience * Working knowledge of Salesforce, Zoom info and Microsoft Office Required Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred. * At least 2 years of medical device industry experience. * Strong organization and communication skills * Be a self-starter and work well as a member of a team or independently on several items simultaneously. Travel: * No travel required, remote is possible.
