Overview General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), a premier provider to the US Department of Defense and allied nations, is seeking a Director, Research Development and Engineering, with aersopace/defense experience, to join our Healdsburg or Folsom, California team. The Director, Research Development and Engineering initiates the design, development, execution and implementation of technology research projects, the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to potential inventions and products. Manages and oversees the organization's engineering research, design, and development activities with the goal of developing new or improved products, processes, or services.

Pay Range (USD) $125,125.00 - $232,375.00 annually Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the range during the hiring process. Additional Compensation - ICP Hired applicant will be eligible to participate in the Company's Incentive Compensation Program.
