Positioned conveniently between Route 25 and Interstate 26 in South Asheville/Arden, the center has served the local community since its inception in 2006. With a focus on excellence, the practice offers a range of services encompassing primary care, contact lenses, and specialized treatments for glaucoma and dry eye. The center has established a longstanding reputation for delivering exceptional eye care to the surrounding area. Plus, a fully equipped optical lab, complete with an edger and an expansive dispensary featuring 900 - 1,000 frames, conveniently serves customers. The practice is offering the following: Competitive base pay Medical insurance Paid time off Malpractice insurance Partnership or buy-out opportunity Continuing education allowance What you'll do: As Associate Optometrist, you'll be critical in providing exceptional patient care to ensure optimal eye health. You'll diagnose and manage eye diseases, prescribe ophthalmic lens products, and fit contact lenses. A typical day at Champion Eye Center consists of 15 to 16 full exams and/or office visits. The practice leverages state-of-the-art equipment, including Spectral Domain OCT, HF3, VF, Fundus Photography, LipiFlow/LipiScan, and Topcon Topography, enabling you to deliver complete care. Working alongside a team of six employees, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the growth and success of the business. This position is 32 to 40 hours per week. Who we need: You're a compassionate professional who embodies a strong work ethic, possesses excellent time management skills, and can build positive relationships and collaborate effectively with patients. You'll also help to the practice's goals of ongoing staff development and contribute to the growth of the practice to include two full-time Optometrists.
