Job Summary:
Central control of all Arrowhead documentation: Including running, folding, stamping, recording and distributing of Arrowhead Engineering drawings and documentation for metals and non-metallic, and RFEAQ files for non-metallic
|
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Central control of all customer and government drawings and specifications including all distribution of it.
- Maintain status and records of customer approvals of Arrowhead Products documentation.
- Verify that all applicable peripheral data (EO's, DCN's, PSD's and amendments/ADCN's etc.) Are attached to all drawings and specification releases (as applicable).
- Performs detailed data package reviews for compliance to specific customer requirements (i.e. NASA, Boeing SLS, United Launce Alliance, Delta / Atlas, Vulcan) and when errors are found, will assist in the corrective action processes to bring these critical data packages to compliance for customer review in pedigree and acceptance review meetings.
- Establish and maintain Specifications Control Center (SCC) distribution records. Running copies and stamping of specification for distribution.
- Assist Engineering Designers and Operations Management in the maintenance and status of drawing schedule requirements, assist in reproducing, binding of proposals and assist as needed in general departmental duties.
- Maintain assigned Printer/Scanner. Order all machine related supplies and repairs as required.

Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree from a two-year college or university, or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of (3) years experience in Document Control or (5+) years experience manufacturing planning and government contracts.
