We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can quickly shift between strategic planning and detailed execution, allowing the team to deliver complex projects under tight deadlines. You'll develop engaging features, conduct experiments to enhance gamer and business results, and create experiences that celebrate gamers. You'll work closely with developers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver top-notch products through scalable, high-performance experiences. You'll ask tough questions to ensure the best outcomes for customers and possess deep customer empathy, using it to prioritize and make difficult decisions. The candidate will have experience with consumerproducts and a demonstrated ability to deliver solutions that achieve user engagement and monetization targets. They will be proficient in working with both technical and non-technical teams, be exceptionally self-organized, highly analytical and data driven, experienced in leadingvirtual teams and relationship building, deeply customer-obsessed, and action oriented. Responsibilities You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You'll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You'll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with partner teams to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You'll also identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.You will collaborate with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, usage, retention, engagement, and monetization strategies. You'll create and drive strategy for taking owned feature areas (e.g., product, service) from private preview to public preview and then to general availability.You will present complex ideas clearly and concisely to senior leadership and various stakeholders.You'll provide regular updates on project status,identifycommunication gaps, manage issue escalationsetc.
