Position Summary: The Lead Application Developer role is responsible for leading and managing a team of application developers in building scalable web solutions. This role involves working closely with other teams at MedInsight (solution architects, data-engineer team lead, security, infrastructure, product owners, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders) to understand and translate requirements into functional software solutions. What We're Looking For: We are seeking an ambitious Lead Application Developer who is passionate about creating cutting-edge web applications, delivering customer value, and driving innovation. The perfect candidate should be a flexible innovator capable of smoothly moving through the software stack, making impactful updates from the user interface or web API down to our data model. They will continuously innovate by making small changes in our test environment, deploying on a frequent basis proven changes to production.
