Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Tualatin, OR.
Job Description:
  • Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments, and quality checks
  • Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications, as necessary.
  • Prepare status reports.
  • Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling
  • Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly
  • Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards
  • Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship
  • Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur
  • Work independently with moderate supervision
What you will receive:
Duration: Temporary with a possibility to convert full time based on business needs and performance
Schedule:
Weekend shift: Fri-Mon, 6am-4:30pm (4x10)
Weekday shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm (5x8)
Pay rate: $20-22/hour DOE

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing/assembly.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Skilled in the operation of a variety of assembly tools
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good MS Word, Excel and MRP skills
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs
