Job Title: Manufacturing/Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Reports To: Sr. Manager Manufacturing Operations, Foot & Ankle Location: Houston (onsite) Business Unit Description: Foot & Ankle Role Summary: The Foot & Ankle division is a growing and dynamic team that is looking for someone who is ready to build and lead our night shift manufacturing team. The successful candidate will train personnel and troubleshoot issues that occur in the Manufacturing area. This includes but is not limited to maintaining, servicing, and operating all machine shop equipment; ensuring that safety is maintained; training and developing other manufacturing employees; and interfacing with Engineering and other stakeholders regarding manufacturing needs in order to ensure the most cost-effective manufacture of quality products. The Night Shift Supervisor has the authority to make decisions regarding issues related to Manufacturing. This is a clean shop with air-conditioned environment.
