Work Shift:

8hr-1st Shift 8a-4:30p Sparta (United States of America) The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail and providing appropriate level support. They will help resolve issues, communicate solutions, and provide requested information to the customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed
  • Utilize CRM to document activities for tracking and follow-up.
  • Perform order entry & maintenance
  • Verify shipping, pricing, and invoicing details
  • Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database
  • Assist with customer inventory management
  • Manage customer specific finished goods
  • Maintain manual BOL and process sample shipments
  • Handle mail marketing information (brochures)
  • Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.)
  • Assist with Credit Memos when needed
  • Maintain customer files

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbally with external and internal customers

Preferred:

  • Prior manufacturing experience is desired
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience with JDE a plus
