Location Address: 600 Vista Drive, Sparta, Tennessee 38583 Work Shift: 8hr-1st Shift 8a-4:30p Sparta (United States of America) The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail and providing appropriate level support. They will help resolve issues, communicate solutions, and provide requested information to the customer. Responsibilities: Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as needed Utilize CRM to document activities for tracking and follow-up. Perform order entry & maintenance Verify shipping, pricing, and invoicing details Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database Assist with customer inventory management Manage customer specific finished goods Maintain manual BOL and process sample shipments Handle mail marketing information (brochures) Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.) Assist with Credit Memos when needed Maintain customer files Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience required Experience using MS Office Ability to communicate both written and verbally with external and internal customers Preferred: Prior manufacturing experience is desired High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with JDE a plus *Altium Packaging, Our Culture Differentiates Us!* We incorporate our Guiding Principles into all aspects and at all levels of the organization and use them as a framework for decision-making.
