Position Summary: A successful applicant will be able to work independently with diverse colleagues and staff at all levels, and comfortable in the academic medical center environment. Job Responsibilities: With supervision from the PI and project manager, coordinate projects while working/communicating with internal and external stakeholders to organize and coordinate the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude project activities. Organize in-person and remote meetings and workshops, provide logistical and technical support, develop agenda, maintain and disseminate detailed meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items. Assist the team in daily administrative operations, including manage and maintain calendars, arrange travel for study team members, prepare and process travel and expense reports, onboard vendors, contractors, non-traditional volunteers, and sponsored individuals, oversee purchase requisition and issue and track payments, submit and track invoices for contractors and sub-award recipients, and other administrative tasks as requested. Assist in grants related activities such as developing grants applications/proposals, collecting and organizing required paperwork for submission if required for the grant. Prepare standard progress reports for research sponsors. Update and maintain databases, facilitate regular data checking and quality assurance, and assist with data analysis. Perform literature reviews and data synthesis in support of research aims. Play an active role in dissemination of findings, including preparation of manuscripts, reports, and presentations. Assist with management of study regulatory tasks, such as preparation of materials for Institutional Review Board and data safety monitoring. Participates in special projects and events, and performs other duties as required. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $62,400.00 - $63,600.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
