Job Description

Dewberry Architects is seeking an Architect Professional with 5 -10 years of Healthcare experience to work in the Tulsa, OK office. This person should be registered or actively seeking registration.

Dewberry Tulsa has one of the strongest healthcare portfolios in Oklahoma. You will be joining an experienced team of almost 30 to contribute to an already successful team. This new opportunity is unique in that it will allow you to grow and create new opportunities in your career and for Dewberry. While most of our work is in Oklahoma, we assist with work in Atlanta, Chicago, Phoenix and Houston from our Tulsa location. This an opportunity for someone who understands healthcare design and codes and be able to apply that knowledge to both small and large project while working in a strong team environment. Attributes for the position include being a self-starter, good communicator and someone that ask questions. One goal for this individual is to bolster existing client confidence while assisting in building new client relationships.

Responsibilities

    Documenting and detailing project design within Revit BIM
  • Assist in material and product selection as well assist with specifications
  • Client engagement and interaction
  • Meet deadlines and assist team to keep schedules
  • Construction Administration responsibilities including field reports, shop drawing review, RFI responses and pay application.
  • Meet corporate QA guidelines and processes
  • Other work as may be assigned.


Required Skills & Required Experience

  • A Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited university with a minimum of five years of experience required.
  • Seeking team members that desire Professional Registration if not currently registered.

Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and ability to pass a driving record background check.
