Sr Analyst, ZTL

Primary Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, ZTL Warehouse Analytic/Productivity will report to the Associate Director of ZTL Project Execution. This role will support the Zone Technical Logistics team in partnership with the Logistics Operations team to drive continuous improvement in our processes and tools. This role will drive enhanced visibility and usability with tools utilized within the warehouses. This role with partner with our 3PLs and the vendor for our main software that provides warehouse visibility and labor tools.

• Subject Matter Export (SME) for the warehouse analytics tool and labor management at our warehouse sites
• Support site level analytics with our software partner that provides Warehouse Visibility and Labor management tools
• Provide visibility throughout the KHC network on performance within the warehouses
• Drive enhancements within our analytics and labor management system tools
• Assist with change management as we implement new reporting and tools with our warehouse partners
• Develop new tools for the warehouses to expand visibility such as intra-day labor planning, dock door optimization, etc. to drive productivity
• Partner with vendor for initiatives driving project timeline, budget, and business case development
• Identify pain points and challenges within the warehouse and collect common themes to help prioritize enhancements
• Make recommendations for process and system functionality improvements to enhance the application and useability

Qualifications

• BS/BA level degree; preferably in Logistics, Engineering or Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of Supply Chain experience (Warehouse, Distribution, and/or Quality preferred)
• Financial knowledge/experience a plus
• At least 3-5 years of experience with Excel and analytics skills
• Up to 25% travel potential
• Must have the aptitude for computer software applications
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Cross functional Supply Chain knowledge and connectivity
• Flexibility, Adaptability, Personal Drive and Leadership
• Proficient in data analysis, problem solving
• Ability to prioritize work and work under pressure
• Ethics and Integrity
• Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics providers preferred, understanding of warehouse floor operations preferred
• Experience with Systems - Warehouse Management Systems, LMS, SAP a plus
