Job Summary
A results-driven Growth Marketer to lead the strategy and execution of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing efforts for Current Backyard. This role is critical in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and consumer behavior, with a proven track record of scaling D2C brands. Qualification Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Experience: 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role with a proven track record of scaling and driving growth for D2C brands; at least 3 years in a leadership position.
