About the role We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking professional to lead our Individual Giving program with a best-in-class approach. In this role, you will refine our current strategies and introduce new ones to enhance the program's effectiveness. The ideal candidate will not only bring original ideas but also connect the dots with existing efforts, leveraging their experience to craft cohesive and actionable plans that set new standards of excellence.
The Director of Individual Giving works closely with the Museum's Director, President, Chief Development Officer, and the Board of Trustees to grow the museum's individual donor base and secure significant contributions. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for the museum's mission, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in fundraising.

Salary: $132,375.60
Union status: Non-Union
FLSA status: Exempt
Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. This position is subject to occasional overtime and weekend hours.
