Client Services Coordinator

We are excited to announce an opening for a Client Services Coordinator.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Teamwork: Work closely with the client service team to deliver tailored financial solutions to clients. Provide day-to-day administrative support, ensuring requests are handled efficiently. Manage and optimize the use of internal systems like Salesforce and Constant Contact.
  • Banking Responsibilities: Coordinate bank account openings and closings, handle credit card applications, and coordinate new client onboarding. Assist with cash management and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Technical Responsibilities (Insurance/Purchases): Coordinate personal lines of insurance for properties, manage LLC setups, and assist with vehicle purchases and client lending needs.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Liberal Arts; experience in personal financial planning and/or wealth management is a plus.
  • Business Sense: Understanding of wealth management principles and the financial needs of high-net-worth individuals, with training provided by the OFS client service team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
