Domain Migration IT Specialist Temp Apply Online The Domain Migration IT Specialists will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications. Working alongside existing IT Support staff to ensure the project goals and deadlines are met. This position has a direct impact on the perception and reputation of the department and its ability to support its customers. This is a TEMPORARY position with a planned end date at the end of January 2025. Responsibilities Provide end-user support for Tyler's internal customers via telephone, email and in-person. Work with other IT Support team to migrate existing divisional machines to the Tyler domain Replace machines that do that do not meet standards Troubleshoot software and hardware problems in advancement of migration project Location Plano, Texas Qualifications Entry level basic computer skills and troubleshooting May be required to lift 30 pounds on a weekly basis and bend and work in restrictive spaces such as under desks Must be able to work onsite in our Plano, Texas office (5101 Tennyson Pkwy., Plano, TX 75024) Apply Online Requisition Number:2024-4982 Tyler Technologies is proud to be an affirmative action / equal opportunity employer.
