Title: Benefits Specialist Role: Reporting to the Benefits Manager, the Benefits Specialist is a key team player with a desire to grow & learn. Provide the support to ensure accurate day-to-day operations of group health & welfare and retirement programs, flexible and adaptable to fluctuating priorities while effectively collaborating with Benefits Team, HR, Payroll, Finance, benefit program service providers and other stakeholders. About the Campus: The role is located on-site at our Home Office in Stockton, CA. However, based on business needs, we may agree to a hybrid work agreement after 60 days of employment. This role is only open to candidates who live within a commutable distance to Stockton, CA. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.
