Position Summary
This position leads the full life cycle recruiting activities for multi-level positions in a broad spectrum of functional business areas. This leader is responsible and leads activities focused on attracting, recruiting and hiring qualified employees for HuFriedyGroup in a timely, cost-effective manner that ensures appropriate staffing levels for the company. The principle challenge of this position is to use creativity and resourcefulness to find and hire the necessary quantity and quality of staff in a changing labor market within industry benchmarks for cost per hire, time to fill, and quality of hire. This position is also responsible for working in partnership with the hiring managers to identify the workforce requirements and determine the necessary resource loading required to complete the company's corporate objectives to best identify the highest impact positions to fulfill more quickly while also supporting the company's goals for diversity inclusion in the workforce.
