Senior Business Manager, Retail

We are looking for a Senior Retail Business Manager to drive customer experience, operational efficiencies, and team development within our retail sales function. As a right hand to the Sales VP, this role will focus on optimizing trade planning, managing customer P&L, and mentoring a team of Retail Business Managers. You will play a critical part in cross-functional engagement and process improvement, ensuring that all customer-facing and internal processes are aligned for optimal success.

• Data-driven and analytical, with experience managing customer P&L reports and leading financial reviews.
• A proactive problem solver, capable of simplifying complex issues and finding root causes to drive corrective actions.
• An effective communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments, working collaboratively across sales, finance, marketing, and operations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage and mentor a team of Retail Business Managers, ensuring execution of business processes and customer profitability goals.
• Lead process improvements, ensuring SOPs are updated and implemented to drive margin management and customer support excellence.
• Oversee trade planning and forecasting, driving profitability and managing inventory, promotions, and customer claims.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals, performance metrics, and ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Ability to coach and mentor Business Management team, create and refine process within a continuous improvement organization.
• Ability to read and management customer Profitability Reports.
• Ability to problem solve and simplify complex issues for root cause and corrective actions.
• Superior communication skills and ability to work cross functionally.
