Recruiting Team Lead (Internal Role)

We are currently seeking a Recruiting Team Lead that will recruit as well as oversee a group of assigned recruiters with the responsibility to develop, manage, and monitor the individual performance of each recruiter and ensuring total coverage of appropriately graded and assigned open jobs.

Opportunity Details


  • Encourage and facilitate cooperation, pride, and trust within organization identity.
  • Manage assigned accounts to include requisitions, and submittals, at appropriate margins.
  • Provide experienced coaching and mentoring to other recruiters to reach the fundamental metrics set forth as an organization.
  • Provide direct supervision, guidance, and training to a team of recruiters.
  • Assist with managing recruitment team's goals and performance based on organization developed metrics.
  • Direct and implement changes to meet the timely fill of client job orders.
  • Partner with executive and recruitment team members to develop creative practices to fill open positions.
  • Regular meetings with assigned team members include daily hot jobs and mid-day check-ins, weekly 1:1's to establish individual drivers and goals, and monthly commission reviews/financial analysis.
  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
  • Manage weekly recruitment reporting process for team of assigned recruiters.
  • Provide consistent results in a metrics-driven, high-performance culture.
  • Process assigned job requisitions in a timely fashion, maintaining adequate levels of support.
  • Ensure all team members are correctly utilizing the applicant tracking system (ATS) including but not limited to communications, emails, discussions, problems, and/or issues and documenting appropriately within the system.


Recruitment

  • Maintain candidate pipelines for all positions using our ATS.
  • Maintain, facilitate and complete all phases of the recruitment lifecycle from identification, screening, to hire.
  • Recruit specific open positions in order to maintain recruitment skills.
  • Maintain a minimum number of weekly submittals to open prioritized jobs.
  • Proactively recruit and network to fill open positions.
  • Promptly follow-up on leads obtained by team directly or through disbursement to team members.


Background We are Seeking

  • 2 - 5+ Years Recruiting Experience
  • Proven success placing skilled labor roles like Welders/CDL Driver's
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Proven ability to manage/lead others.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
